Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok over low heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds and green chilies. Toss well.A
  3. Add turmeric powder and mix.
  4. Add chopped onions and fry until they turn translucent.
  5. Add salt and the chopped beans. Stir-fry.
  6. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes on medium-low heat.
  7. Open the lid and add desiccated coconut. Mix well.
  8. Cover again and simmer until the beans are fully cooked.
