( PARTY DISH )
Ingredients:
- French Beans – 450 to 500 grams (cut/sliced diagonally)
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Onion – 1 (medium, sliced)
- Green Chilies – 4 (slit)
- Tomato – 1 (medium, chopped)
- Water – 1 tablespoon (just a little, if needed)
- Salt – ¾ teaspoon
- Desiccated Coconut – 2 tablespoons
- Green Coriander (chopped) – for garnish (optional)
Tempering (Tadka) Ingredients:
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Seeds – ½ teaspoon
- Garlic Clove – 1 (big, crushed)
- Curry Leaves – 8 to 10 leaves
Method:
Prepare the French Beans:
- Wash and trim the ends of the beans.
- Slice diagonally and set aside.
